30-Day Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear.
• Products returned without prior contact.
• Items not in their original condition.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
